These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of calc.business (the "Site") operated by H & N Logistics Group PTY LTD (ABN 50 685 255 163) ("CalcHub", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02

Calculators are estimates only

All calculators on the Site provide indicative estimates only. Inputs are processed locally in your browser using general formulas and standard published rates. Results may not reflect your full personal circumstances or the most recent legislative changes.

03

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, taxation, legal, accounting or medical advice. You should always verify results with a qualified professional — such as a licensed financial adviser, registered tax agent, mortgage broker or medical practitioner — before making any decision.

04

No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any calculator, content or service. Tax brackets, interest rates, government rules and rebates change frequently and may not be reflected immediately.

05

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither CalcHub nor H & N Logistics Group PTY LTD will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any reliance on its calculators or content.

06

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalcHub, H & N Logistics Group PTY LTD and our directors, officers and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

07

All content on the Site — including the CalcHub brand, logos, calculator design, formulas, articles and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to H & N Logistics Group PTY LTD and is protected by Australian and international intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.
