Convert between hourly, weekly, monthly and annual pay
Australian salaries are quoted annually, but contractors and award-based roles use hourly rates. The conversion depends on hours per week (37.5 vs 38 vs 40) and weeks worked per year (52 minus annual leave for casuals).
Casual loadings of 25% compensate for no leave entitlements — always factor that in when comparing a casual hourly rate against a salaried offer.

Worked example
